Patient Billing

Dental insurance is different from medical insurance.  Please refer to your dental insurance benefit booklet or ask your employer for an explanation of your dental benefits.  For your convenience we accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) certified bank checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We will provide you with an estimate of the amount covered by your insurance company.  Again, it is only an estimate based on the information your insurance carrier provides to us at the time of your visit. The estimate is never a guarantee of benefits or the amount that will be paid. This does not however, transfer the responsibility of your financial obligation to the insurance company. If the amount paid by the insurance company is less than or greater than the estimate, then you will be billed the difference or issued a credit on the account in the event of an over payment. Our office will file your insurance claim as a courtesy to our patients. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact our office. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
